Lets Get Started
Fill in the quick form and tell us: Date, Duration & Location
Rides are over in seconds. Big moments pass before half the crowd
processes what happened.
Energy drops between runs because there's nowhere for the crowd
to focus.
Sponsors are on a banner somewhere. But a banner doesn't move,
doesn't replay, and doesn't get talked about.
And when the atmosphere falls flat — when the crowd drifts, when
the energy doesn't build — that lands on you. You're the one who
put the show together.
The talent isn't the problem. The crowd experience is.
We bring a fully operated LED big screen, live camera crew, and
instant replay system to your rodeo — set up before gates open,
running all day, packed down when the last ride is done.
Screens from 3.2 metres wide up to 6.72 metres wide, positioned
and sized for your arena layout and crowd numbers.
Every ride goes out live. Big moments replay immediately.
Sponsor content runs in the gaps. The MC has a clear visual feed.
The crowd at the back fence is as engaged as the front rail.
One crew. One setup. Nothing for you to manage on show day.
A rodeo doesn't stop. There's no second take on a 8-second ride.
The crowd reacts in real time — or they don't react at all.
That's why everything we bring is designed around live, outdoor,
high-movement environments.
The screens run at over 5,000 nits — readable in direct midday sun
with no washing out. The camera operators know rodeo. The replay
system is fast enough to catch a dismount and replay it before the
crowd finishes reacting.
We've been in dusty outdoor arenas, on compact regional showgrounds,
and at large multi-day events. The workflow is the same every time:
we arrive early, we run the show, we leave clean.
No technical handover for your committee to manage. No late arrivals.
No gear that doesn't work because no one tested it.
Just a screen, a crew, and a crowd that stays engaged all day.
We’ve delivered big screens and live video production for rodeos, festivals, and large public events where reliability matters and everything happens live.
Including major rodeo events, live sporting environments, and crowd-driven shows where missing a moment isn’t an option.
The Stampede Series opened its 2025 season at the Maitland Rodeo with Jum Media running all visual production across the arena.
We delivered a 6.72-metre wide (26sqm) daylight-readable LED screen, live camera feed, instant replay, and full arena audio — giving the entire crowd a clear view of every ride and keeping energy high between runs.
The screen anchored the arena experience from gates open to final ride.
One of the standout events on the Australian rodeo calendar — large crowds, major sponsors, and live action with no margin for error.
Jum Media provided a big screen, live video production with instant
replay, and full arena audio. Every spectator had a clear view
of the action. Sponsors had high-visibility placement throughout
the entire show day.
Two full days of rodeo action at a regional showground with a loyal
local crowd.
For Stroud, we sized the setup to match the arena and attendance — an 8sqm LED screen, single-camera video production, instant replay on the main event day, and full arena audio for commentary, music, and announcements.
This is the point: we don't bring the same rig to every event.
We size the screen, camera setup, and crew for your specific arena
and crowd. Stroud got exactly what Stroud needed — and it worked.
Every ride, seen by everyone
Live camera feed means the back fence gets the same view as
the front rail. Every second of every ride, on screen.
Replay that lands the moment
Instant replay captures the big moments and puts them back
on screen while the crowd is still reacting. That's how energy builds.
Sized for your arena
We don't bring one screen to every event. We size the rig for your arena layout and crowd numbers — regional shows to major multi-day events.
Runs in dust, heat, and full sun
Outdoor arenas are brutal on equipment. Our screens are
built for it — IP-rated, over 5,000 nits brightness, and tested in Australian conditions.
Sponsor content that gets noticed
Logos and reels run during breaks and between rides — as part of the show, not an afterthought. Sponsors see the difference.
One supplier for everything
Screen, cameras, replay, audio — one crew, one call.
Your committee doesn't manage any of it.
Every rodeo is different. These are the questions we’re asked most often.
Yes. We position and size the screen specifically for your arena dimensions. At 5,000+ nits brightness, it's fully readable in direct sun. The back fence gets a clear view of every ride.
We run one or more cameras at arena level capturing each ride, operator-controlled replay that replays big moments immediately, and full arena audio integration (if selected) for commentary and music. Multi-camera setups are available for larger events.
Yes. We size the screen and crew to your event. A 200-person regional campdraft needs a different setup to a 8,000-person show — we'll recommend what actually fits your budget and arena.
That's our standard environment. Screens are IP-rated and the crew is experienced in high-movement, outdoor event conditions.
Yes. Send us your sponsor assets before the event and we'll schedule them into the screen program — between rides, during presentations, wherever they fit your run sheet.
Pricing depends on screen size, number of show days, location, and whether you're adding cameras, replay, and audio. Regional single-day events start from $7000 ex GST. Fill in the form above for a quote tailored to your event — we'll respond within one business day.
Rodeo season — especially August through November — fills fast. We recommend getting in touch at least 12 weeks before your event. If your date is sooner, contact us directly and we'll check what's available.
Jum Media is a NSW-based AV and big screen production company.
We operate at rodeos, campdraft events, country race days, and agricultural shows across NSW, ACT, VIC, and QLD.
Rodeo environments are specific — fast action, dusty arenas,
long show days, and a crowd that came to feel the energy.
You don't need a corporate AV company who's never seen a
barrel race. You need a crew that understands the show.
We've run screens, cameras, replay, and arena audio at events from regional showgrounds to major multi-day rodeos. The committee hands off the visual production and gets back to running the event. That's the deal.
Across hundreds of events, we've never had a technical failure. The same rodeo committees book us year after year — because when the show's running, the last thing they want to think about is the screen.
